JEFF BUELL

Executive Director

CHARLOTTE BUELL

Partner Care and Development

Jeff & Charlotte both put their trust in Christ in elementary school and grew up in homes where they were encouraged to grow in their relationships with the Lord. Since that time, they have both had the opportunity to serve in various churches and para-church ministries. After Charlotte graduated from the University of North Carolina and Jeff graduated from Texas A&M, they met in Fort Worth while Charlotte was completing law school and Jeff was attending Dallas Theological Seminary. They married in 1997, shortly after both of them completed their degrees. After briefly working as an attorney, Charlotte chose to devote her time and energy to disicpling their four young children and serving in ministry alongside Jeff.

Jeff served as a student ministry pastor for 20 years and then for 5 years with a church-planting mission organization where he led mission trips and trained church-planting pastors and leaders. Each of them have extensive experience in leadership, teaching, missions, and discipleship. They have both had the privilege of serving and supporting missionaries on every continent except Antarctica. As their kids are getting older and beginning to be launched into adulthood, Jeff and Charlotte are excited about the opportunity to use their skills and experience to multiply more disciples.

SARABETH HARLOW

Ministry Development Specialist

Sarabeth trusted Christ at an early age but remembers making a conscious decision to devote her life to Jesus in middle school. Her love for the Lord grew exponentially as she began studying the Bible daily. In addition, she is thankful for the churches, camps, and many spiritual mentors (including Jeff and Charlotte!) who have challenged her to grow in her faith over the years.

A proud Aggie, Sarabeth graduated from Texas A&M in 2015 with an interdisciplinary degree in business, graphic design, and event management. She then went on to Dallas Theological Seminary to graduate with her masters in Biblical and Theological Studies.

During college, she had the opportunity to work at several youth camps and discovered a special place in her heart for students. She volunteered with the youth group at her church and loved hanging out with her high school girls. After her own college graduation, she was able to work at her church to continue discipling her high schoolers, as well as start a Bible Study for college girls. Studying the Bible with these groups of women were always the highlights of Sarabeth’s week.

With what she calls a “Jonah attitude,” Sarabeth moved to Greece in 2017 to work with Campus Crusade for Christ. She never envisioned herself as an overseas missionary (which is probably why she went kicking and screaming at first). Now she laughs at her resistance. She quickly fell in love with the Greeks, so clearly seeing how God’s relational character is displayed through the Greek culture while also seeing the need for people to know God personally. During her time overseas, Sarabeth had many opportunities to watch people from different cultural backgrounds come to know the same God. The Lord stirred in Sarabeth’s heart a desire to help train others to share the Gospel in their own cultures and communities.

TEN:24 Ministries exists to connect people with Christ and one another in ways that

encourage collaboration and excellence in fulfilling The Great Commission.

WHO WE ARE

TEN:24 was founded by Jeff & Charlotte Buell in 2018 with the intent of connecting people with Christ and one another in ways that encourage collaboration and excellence in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Hebrews 10:24 says, “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” TEN:24 is passionate about encouraging others to live missionally by meeting them where they are and providing experiences and training that will propel them into living the life God has planned for them. We are focused on training and equipping the next generation to lead the church and fulfill the Great Commission. We do this by providing transforming experiences that encourage and equip disciples to reach the nations and their neighborhoods with the love of Christ. Through partnerships with existing organizations and churches we provide catalytic experiences that promote the discovery of our identity in Christ, that lead life change in individuals; and support the expansion and multiplication of missions and new ministries both locally and internationally.
